In 1972, local entrepreneur George Gregg
founded United Business Machines of Washington (UBM) upon
a modest credo: to serve the local business community with
quality office products and expert service at an affordable
price. Even to this day, that simple philosophy remains
the heart and soul of our corporation.
Presently, United Business Machines is poised as Western
Washington's exclusive vendor of Kyocera Mita office systems,
and is also the state's largest independently owned Kyocera
Mita dealership. UBM is now led by the second generation
of "Greggs" as well as many veteran colleagues
who have been with the company for the better part of its
existence. It is certainly true that the entire staff is
wholly invested in the success of United Business Machines,
and 100% committed to the satisfaction of our customers.
Based in Kirkland Washington, United
Business Machines is a local company with a vested interest
in the local and regional economy. From this and other
branch
offices, UBM serves Western
Washington businesses from Bellingham to Centralia, and
as far west as the Washington coast.
Since 1972 UBM has been the region's
exclusive vendor of Kyocera Mita office systems and has
enjoyed much success as an authorized dealer of Toshiba
facsimiles and copiers. Our loyal staff has spent many years
creating friendships with these vendors and building careers
upon the exceptional quality of their products. In short,
we know this equipment inside and out, and stand by each
product with confidence and pride.
Over thirty industry-trained and certified
technicians comprise UBM's outstanding Technical Support
Department. Each technician averages over 15 years of
experience
in copier, printer and facsimile repair. Some highly decorated
members of this group boast over thirty years of experience
in the industry!
In addition, UBM also staffs a number
of "network specialists." These highly trained
men and woman are able to survey, prepare, install, and
connect your copier, printer, and or fax machine to your
office network. With the latest industry certifications,
they have the expertise to quickly and confidently resolve
the most complicated network issues.
