With simple unobtrusive software installed on one of your computers, you can set and forget meter collections chores. When the time comes to gather meter reads, our software will do a query of your print devices and send the results to our MPS server, freeing you from the hassles of manually gathering and reporting meters every month.
WebAudits:
Gather Meters Without Installing Software
Other solutions require you to install software on your networks. While we do offer this option, WebAudit gives you the flexibility to capture meter readings through an innovative web application--perfect for those of you who simply cannot install new software on your computer.
Local Agent:
Capture Meters for Non-networked Devices
With up to 40% of printers not connected to networks, the ability to capture local printer meters is critical. Local Agent allows you to collect meters from local printers, enabling you to include those often ignored “personal” printers in your total managed print solution.
